I have been dissappointed to note a general drop-off in quality of the next generation (not in the intial database) players.
Twelve years into a career game, most clubs are still using 33-38 year old players from the initial database save. The number of decent youngsters seems to have dwindled over this period.
Is this a typical experience, or am I just making excuses for being carp?
Note: CM03/04 4.1.4 initiation with 4.1.5 upgrade.

I've seen the clubs staying with the old timers. But that said, I can't say I've seen any drop in quality for my part, as I'm a youth oriented manager.

Yes, the problem with some of those old gentlemen is that their ability dosen't drop until they become Very old.
In one of my tests i noticed Five famous players whose ability was still max at 2013 at age of 34-38. And as they are very cheap at that age, no wonder AI likes them.

This always happens, in my experience. In CM01-02, you could understand that by the numbers of goals scored, which started diminishing after 12-15 seasons. Certain regens' attributes would be very low.
I'm not sure how this works in CM03-04, but it's highly probable that it still happens.

The regens are actually pretty good after 4.1.5. I got to 2017 with my test and there are many regens with PA180+ coming each year which didn't happen in previous versions.

It's probably unnecessary for me to remind you that this is the LLM Forum and there's no way for a LLaMa to know if a player has PA180+, or any other PA, as the use of any device to gain this knowledge is expressly forbidden, because you probably just guessed, eh?

No no no, sorry sorry sorry. I has just pointing out that the game now works as it's suppoused to in terms of regens. I've just used those e*****s to confirm that P* and others Important attributes (can i say that? ) of the game works with regens, as they didn't earlier.
I know you have these rules around here, and i respect them, but you have to understand that i love this game, and have spent over 200 hours by testing this regen issue so that SI can fix it, others found it at out and despite MV saying it wasn't a big problem, those same people kept testing and showed there indeed was a problem with the regens, and the result is seen in 4.1.5.
And as those regens with high P* is an important part of LLM i think you must be happy that those regens are fixed now.
And again sorry about mentioning those damn e*****s

It's not the mentioning of the Spawn that bothers us, as much as the use.
Oh wait, both are equal. Don't use OR mention. There is NO reason to use an editor, barring the colour issue that one guy had WAAAAAY back, which has since been fixed.
Special on caps lock today in my flat.

He never said he actually used it for cheating purposes, but only to check on a bug which needed fixing. I think we can let him off as long as he doesn't start posting about a game where he put Sutton into the conference and gave them 15m pounds... zzzzz

Well i now this is a bad thing to do, but as i have nothing better to do while wathcing my beloved Woking to lose another match, i defend myself once more.
I don't use the ______ when i actually play the game as i do now, but as i play long term games lasting 20+ years, i wanted to see if the game works okey long term. Not nice to find out after you've played 100+ hours that it's another CM4 experience
Not to mention such testing can prevent other people suffering the same disapointment.
So i test the game before to see that it works, and then can start to playing and enjoying it fully.
So in your view i should't touch the ______ but accept that everything works as suppoused. But hey you don't need to do that anymore as i've do the evil thing for you and can promise that everything works fine with regens.
