The problem actaully works the other way though. Many of the regens have fantastic physical stats and we know how ovveratted they are by the match engine. Add to this the fact that the AI fields teams of old men - a 42 year old Dropsy still at Man Utd, a 38 year old bloke still at Arsenal etc...

Just for the record:

"Dropsy" is a bald French goalkeeper prone to mistakes whilst "Bloke" is a big black English centre-back.
