Date: Year 2021.
Place: Nava, Asturias, Spain.

As some of you might already know, Europa de Nava had finally been granted a much needed stadium expansion that would finally see the old decrepit La Granadiella (1.500 non-seater capacity) have some 1.000 new seats.

While the works take place (projections said about end of May 2022... probably December 2022 knowing spanish contractors) we will be sharing a 30.000 all seater stadium (Carlos Tartiere) with Real Oviedo...

Cool... groovy... whatever...

Then, ¿why am I ranting?

It's quite simple. I don't know how but after some 12 league matches and some UCL, Spanish Cup and other competitions I was asking myself how was it that my European attendance showed 21.000 average and my League attendance was only 1.800 average.

I went to check where I had played my fixtures and it looks as if I can only play in the 'Carlos Tartiere' Stadium at UCL venues, Spanish Supercup or Copa del Rey ones... After a league season opener at El Carlos Tartiere I found we were playing our League home fixtures at 'La Granadiella' And with reduced capacity.. as our higuest attendance at our Stadium has anly been of 1.348...

Sidenote: If you remember this from my East Stirlingshire game, it said we'd share for 10 months until the work was complete.

It's now January 12, 2015 - 10 years later - and East Stirling are still playing at The Falkirk Stadium.

I remembered that very well Ian... That's why I wanted to post this... ¿Were your league matches also played at your old stadium?

Because it's nice to play important competitions at El Carlos Tartiere, but I'd milk the cow completely if I can... meaning I'd love to play the league fixtures there...

It reminds me of the service workers of our house community. They got 200k to fix a couple of things, and the day after they declared bankruptcy and were gone from this earth.
