Can someone explain to me why this occurs in the player happiness?

2 of my players have "slt" in the info section, and this is the reason. How is it that I am ill disciplined?

I wondered this for ages. Then some nice people on this forum filled me in. It's because I wasn't disciplining players for being sent-off.

They're not worried that you're ill-disciplined. They're worried that there is a lack of managerial discipline ie. the management let's players get away with being sent-off.

you just have to fine your players more harshly and act more like a bully, players seem to like that...

Wow. I'm very happy I now know the reason, but at the same time I am fully stunned. I have had 1 red card all season, and it was a debatable one, so i didn't fine him.

Can be for skipping training as well or poor performance.
