Coop Join Date: Jan 1970 Posts: 0 Rep Power: 0	How harsh should I be? For example...I have Enyeama in goal. His last 3 games he has rated 5, 6 and 6. I told him his performance where under par only for him to be unhappy I was not harsh emough. If there any guidelines/tips to this?
