i ave got windows xp and i ave to accounts 1.cant get on da internet

i cant get mi fm 2 work on 2. if i download a skin on 2. will it go on to mi first account and go on fm!! it is complicated but help plz

Transfer the skin/downloaded content to the computer/account without the internet via CD, network cable, floppy disk (though as your using text language you may be too young to remember floppy disks) etc...

If they are both on the same computer just install normaly (Assuming you mean you have two accounts on one computer?), if FM can be accessed by both accounts then your skins should be.

Typing in English would help people to answer your question better, or at least understand it.
