Go to www.sortitoutsi.net and download them from there.

Install them into

C:/Program files/Sports Interactive/FM 2006/Data/Graphics/Pictures/Logos/ENG

Make sure you delete any badges that may already be there that would duplicate what you've downloaded. Also install the badges (including the config.xml file BEFORE loading the game)
