Is it possible to put players faces on to the game in the profile.. Most premiership teams there players dont have there faces in the pofile but most of the spanish profiles have like barcelona. Can this be done and if sop how i apologise i a nivice.

Yes it can and there are various instructions on how to do this at the top of this very forum.

Otherwise goto a facepack site like:

and download the various facepacks that are available (instructions into which directory these files go is available) and enjoy!
