I don't think the colours quite fit, it's too much of a contrast with his red shirt and it doesn't quite put as much emphasis on the cut of Boruc himself.

The font isn't too great either, you should try something a bit more stylish.

EDIT: The font in the bottom left I meant, the font in the middle left is fine.

Colors don't flow. Using a red colored jersey on a green backgrond just doesn't work.

Also, text placement is pretty random.
