How do you put a picture in a manager profile?

How do you insert a picture into your manager profile?
I have tried edidting the regen config file but it wont let me type squares. Can anyone help?

its almost the same as insert picture for players. to be easier, get a config.xml from one of your club's face packs, follow the command line, but replace the unique id with the manager's unique ID, and replace the name with the manager's image name. tjat should works.

where should i put the picture? I manage tottenham so should i put it in the tottenham player picture file
