I seem to be getting the problem that players don't want to move to my club. I'd rather not change reputation, is there anything else i can do?

Only way is to raise the clubs reputation.

Otherwise, if you raise your own reputation (with FMM) a few more players will be interested. Or lower the players you want reputation.

You also need to up your wage budget or wordclass players still won't come unless you can offer 60k+pw very few world class players will accept lower than this.

If you use an in game editor like FMM then change a players Loyalty and controversey make loyalty very low and the other very high this will help.
