Can somebody help me with this one? I want to make a new country whith i plyable league. I would also like the winner teams to play in the european cups. I would also like the national team to play in the world cup and european cup? How do I do this?

Try editing a nation such Monaco or South Vietnam...

you cant with out the game crashing, also rules for leagues/nations are hardcoded & also cant be changed

This will tell you how make the new league playable. You will have to use a current league format, though. Making a new country will be hard. The only thing that will work would be re-naming a current country and giving it all the attributes that you want. I don't know much about making a New Nation, but if you need help switching the leagues, I'll help you out a bit. The biggest advice I can give you, is to go in steps. After each step, try it in-game, and if it causes the game to crash, you can pin point exactly what went wrong. If you do everything at once, and the game crashes, there are a plethora of things that could have caused the crash, and you may never find out what is wrong (I know from first hand experiance). Always keep a back-up DB too.

I would avoid using the "fake" nations in the database... most of Monaco, as Monaco is used in the game as the location of the city of Monaco and St.Luis stadium.
