Default Australian League Quesiton

Is it possible to change the league rules(Salary Cap, Squad Limit, U20 Limit)?? Or even get rid of them all together in the Australian league?

Well ive read over some posts, and looks like you cant change the league rules. Anyone got other editing tips to help with this problem though?

The answer to the question is no. It cant be done. You cannot change in the rules of the leagues.

However there is possibilitis to do this anyway. Im not sure but i think if you have skills in coding you should be able to simply look up were in the code the league rules are and remove them.

There is another and far more simple way to solve your problem and that is to swap all the australian clubs into a league which do not have those rules. You should find a league simuliar to the austrailian in number of teams ie. Like Denmark (Denmark have 12 teams in premier division, if swapping with denmark you will then get into the European competisions instead of asian. You will also have to play in Royal League (Skandinavian league))

Interesting topic....I have been thinking of a way to set up an Aussie League using a promotion set up similar to EPL i suppose (Not as large though). Is it possible to do?? maybe using Scottish Prem or a similar league?? if someone could clear this up for me, before i get started on it and waste time.

Cheers

It is possible for sure. There was a thread that showed exactly how to do it i think it might be a sticky so should be easy to find. Will be intresting to see Melbourne Victory winning the champions league with me managing them.

but if u choose the scottish league to change you will have to have alot of teams to replace all the scottish teams so you will need to use lots of the state league teams.

why are you adding to NSW teams you should add only Marconi and add a South Australia or QLD team there are already enough NSW teams. Maybe you could not add any NSW team cause there are already 3 NSW teams and NSW is only a bit better then VIC and then after VIC it is QLD and SA who are close behind.

ps.
i am originally from WA, so i don't think too much on SA and QLD....

Go Glory!!

In what will be the top league I think you should add 1 VIC team, 1 TAS team(relegation battlers probably but need to give tasmania a chance plus they might do better then NZ)
The rest you decide but remember that you have to be objective and NSW and VIC are very equal as the top state leagues and then QLD followed by SA and then WA so even if you are from WA you still have to be objective.
