a) set barelona as holders

b) put the co-efficients "back" one year, leaving the newest slot for this years co-efficients

then set up european teams, enjoy (setting seed in editor doesn't do much if they cannot have that seed due to their nations place in the co-efficient table, hence the reason to update the co-efficent table)
