J-League Update

Hi, I am currently working on a J-League update based on the 6.0.3 data.

I am nearly finished with J1, but am having frustrating problems with SI data editor. On some selected teams, when i add a new player to the game and contract them to the team, after a save, they are assigned to another random team. it happens with multiple players added to a specific team, and they always go to the same in-correct team.

I have all the players added and working in-game. The teams buy and sell players and the national team is accurate and functioning correctly. The only things i can't get to work are team staff and information. I am sure however that this will never be possible.

Does anyone have any ideas what is wrong with the editor, for it to assign the players to the wrong teams like that? Also, are there any alternative editing programs around?

That always happens when I create teams on the editor.

I had this problem with the contracting players, what you have to do is delete the player(s), save your data, exit the editor and restart it.

I don't know why, but this happens sometimes. After deleting the players who's causing the problems and restarting the the editor(if you don't quit the editor, the error just repeats itself) it will work normally.

thanks for the reply. I worked out a similar method in the end. I found that it would only happe witht he the last player that i created before the save. so i just created a 'New Person' and saved. then deleted him after and re-saved. all sorted.

I'm considering making the j-league a playable league by swapping with another league. has anyone tried to do this and know of a similar league? thanks.
