Here's something for all you FM2008 players. Basically this is a database I've created where a team of Liverpool legends replaces the current Liverpool team. Works with 8.0.1 full patch.

The ages of all the players/staff are as they would have been in 1975. This is not meant to be
factually correct just a bit of fun, so there are players in the squad who in reality joined the club much later.

As I used a previously edited database, you also get my home town team (Staveley Town) which I created for a laugh (they may have a couple of gems!!).

I have made kits and logos for both teams but haven't done facepacks as I couldn't find good enough images to use.

Installation Instructions:

Extract the folder "LFC Legends" to the following directory...

CDocuments and Settings\My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2008\db

Extract the contents of the folder "graphics" to the following directory...

CDocuments and Settings\My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2008\graphics\pictures

If you don't have the "graphics\pictures" folders, create them in the appropriate directory and
put the contents of the folder "graphics" there.

Start a new game selecting "LFC Legends" as the database to load. You can then select Liverpool as
the team to manage in the Premier League and you will get my legends team.
(you can also select Staveley Town if you really want!!).

To make the graphics work:

When the game is loaded go to "preferences". On the preferences screen untick "Use Skin Cache"
Then tick "Always reload skin on confirm". Also make sure "Show Badge/Logo" is ticked.
Click "confirm" to return to game. The kits and logos should now show up in the game.

Fanastic! Really good, made a few changes to it myself, nothing major, just what i reckon you'd do if you had more time - i.e. shankly director of football & everyone as liverpool as their fav club

thanks for sharing but after ive downloaded it are used win rar to extract the files only one folder is extracted and it has no files inside it. is it possible for you to upload it in zip file please.
