Hi.
The club board allways suggest to me that i shouldnt have more than 10 coaches.
What difference does it make exactely?
The reason being is that im considering signing an 11th, and prehaps a few more. Mainly retired players who can work with the youth team as ive heard it improves the youth team no end.

I don't think it makes any difference what soever, as long as you don't go too fr over the limit. I always go over by 2-3 coaches-far better to get results out of your coaches, though it's always good getting rid of any uselessones ou have lying around.

If you keep within your wage budget, the boards statement is only a recommendation, so it wont stop you from hiring some more if required.

there's a wage budget in mind man.. always try and minimalize your monthly expensess..
too many coaches ain't gonna improve your training.

There's a way around this, buy a member of staff you want as a coach but buy him as assistant manager. Then when on board and under contract see if he will accept a job as a coach.
