It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

Default early season injuries

I am not one to complain about injuries, but in the last two seasons, right at the begginning I get an extraodinary amount of long term injuries.

I Thought it was the training so my pre-season was a medium workload, with no intensive on aerobic or strenght. Used for only two pre-season matches. But I've noticed stamina of players is lower than beginning of last yeay.

I have6 first teamers out long-term:shay given, Kapo, 3 strikers....etc....

1) should I leave pre-season training longer
2 what type of pre-season training is better, e.g. more physical only or all round?

3) my normal schedules are all normal, below that divider line.

please help

Yea I get this quite often, but I just live with it. My training in pre season is normally heavier, perhaps that's the reason why.

Make sure your strength/aerobic coaches have a high fitness attribute.

I get this quite often too.
