i am really struggling i am manager of man united and i can't find a tactic that works, i am drawing loads of games and sitting 12th in the premiership in my first season @ my 2nd attempt at managing them, i managed them for 3 seasons before and did not win anything, can someone please give me some advice on a tactic that works and a good training regime

The best advice I can give you is to read through the Bible threads and to read through some of the other useful threads stickied up top.

Begin there, and try to follow some of the good threads around which have been focused on creating tactics, understanding how a tactic works is usually more important and at the end of the day the single biggest determinant on playing well.

If after doing all that you find that you are still struggling, post a detailed discussion and be more specific about the problems you're facing and perhaps you'll get a better response. I'm afraid tactics do work in this game, its the understanding of how they work that escapes most people.
