Could someone tell me what does Man Marking and Zonal Marking mean. What functiones better, and for what positions and skills?

Man M means that the player will shadow the opp player and chasing him when he has the ball(at least in the game). Zonal means that he will stick to his position. Specifying means he stay with him and leave his postion and folows him all over the pitch. Peace of advice, CBs should always be on Man.
