It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

It wasn't hard to understand. I really think you should appreciate the time and effort a second language speaker has to put in in order to write such a detailed thread and respond in kind rather than writing a cutting off the cuff remark. It is not as if you could do it in Portuguese! The post has been seriously thought out and deserves better.

Obrigado, Paulo Santoro. Keep on updating as you could have a wonderful thread on your hands. </BLOCKQUOTE>

wwfan, thank you very much. It's hard write in English (to me). In fact, I'm a writer, but in Portuguese!

I will try to write a "first chapter", and then I will post it here.

Good approach PauloSantoro. Thank you for share it with us. Do you see the fullmatch? I ever see the key matches, but recently I change the Preview view for Formations view to see if the opponent change his tactic. This is a good way to see your opponent tactis without see the whole match, for plp who don´t have time to play hours and hours. But with the Formations view I don´t have chance to see the opponent´s mentality. Maybe SIGames have to add an option to stop the game when the opponent changes his tactic. I will test your idea and feedback you about results. Thank You.

And being Brazilian I'm sure you could add a fair few ideas on football that will add value to our discussions. It's not as if Brazil suck at football!!

Facundo, being you from Argentina I shouldn't share football related tips with you, but let's go! (Just kidding ).

Yes, I see fullmatch, except when playing some friendlies, or when match is close to the end and I'm winning 3x0.

Keep in mind that ingame commentaries always tell us when they change formation, and, even so, many times this is not enough information, because sometimes they also just "tweak" tactics, and we can see that while watching full match.

I like the game pretty much as it is, we can (since FM 2006) do quick changes without stopping the game, it is much more real in my opinion. I would like to see, in screen tactics, a way to see all instructions at the same time, I mean, 11 boxes of instructions, but this is off topic here.

I don't have much time to play, so i'm still using FM 2006. I'm playing the same savegame for almost 1 year (almost 8 years in game), because I like long term games AND I watch full games.

I highly recommend some software like Speed Gear, I will write a tip about it in general forum about FM.

Unfortunately I have to say you I'm a kind of a "non Brazilian" footballer. 104 kg here (230 pounds)
And Italy just passed us in FIFA ranking... d*** World Cup!
