Light Hearted. This could be interpreted in more than one way. Is the player always happy and therefore always able to play well with nothing appearing to bother him? Or. Is the player just not able to take anything seriously with a devil may care attitude to everything, thereby affecting the team as an effective unit?
I have Jurgen Colin as my right back, he is the only Light-Hearted. As you said he generally appears to be happy so long as he is playing.
But yep, a little post from SI would be nice. Maybe they will have time once the patch is released

that is because they are balanced, meaning they dont have one defining aspect. so there is no difference if all 1's or 14's.
Yes, but surely a player with all 14s is a player with a strong, but balanced, character. A player with all 1s has the mentality of a toddler!
Unless scouts have the ability to differentiate between the two then there really is no way of knowing what your clutch of balanced players are actually like!
Anyone else think players with high influence will incite the same kind of behaviour in other players?
For example having a determined player with high influence will have a positive effect on determination in the squad / starting 11, whereas a player with high influence who is undetermined and unsporting will incite similar behaviour in other players in the squad?
Then again this is probably:
A: Not the case.
B: So obvious that no one's actually mentioned it.
