standard tactic

Hello,

I'm looking for a good standard tactic to start off with. In the past i've tried making tactics, but that is not really my thing.
I want the tactic as simmply as possible. Can someone help me to start with a tactic?

4-4-2 diamond at home, 4-4-2 away is a good place to start.

i am using 442 att at home n away. with nothing ticked. if i am up against the big teams, i will ticked the counter attack. i am getting quite consistent results. hope it helps
