I've played this game and no matter what you tell your player to do they do the f^cking opposite. You instruct to play a certain waya and the same happens.
For example, no matter what yoru defensive line, you get f^cked over. Too deep, concede, push-up, concede, in between con-f^cking-cede.
As for goal kicks, what is the point of your goalie hoofing it up the park to some ***** who won't win the ball and you concede on the counter? So I tell him to throw it short etc but still the same happens.
Anyone anything constructive to say apart from my opinion that this game is a load of ****ing *****!

Try reading the Tactics Bible.. Some of Cleons defensive threads have helped me with the defence. As for the goalkeeper.. you don't have a targetman because then you goalkeeper seeks him. Or try giving the goalkeeper a more shorter passing... Good Luck
He's got a point with the GK hoofing the ball. I've got Theo Walcott and Zigic at ST and the world class GK keeps sending them to Theo!! He's not won a single header...
And yea the ensuing lofted header from the opposing DC does manage to clear my defensive line and end up a goal...
