Applying a style of play for a low level side such as Con South level...
1. Choose physical abilities over technique for poor teams
2. Emphasise pace
3. Everyone on same training...make sure the training works on all areas...don't forget you need to emphasize physical over tech training. For teams in conference south/north, the ability to finish strong in the closing stages of the game is very important.
4. Don't get overambitious with tactics, you could use a basic 442 and easily win.
5. I usually don't bother with CF, I keep passing direct/long for defenders, my instructions are usually simple. Tactics for LLM are very very different compared to premiership sides

Having it at normal should be fine, you can vary it in game. If you're chasing a game then bring tempo up. If you want to play a more counterattacking game, combined with direct passing...then tempo down and DL down. Look to increasing width here, cos direct football usually works better when your midfielders are playing wide.

Yeah drop the intensity of training for physical after a while, make sure that there is continous improvement tho....you're supposed to average out the training so it works on all areas, not just the physical side alone. Becos the players are playing a game a week, watch to see their conditional development.
