Ive been reading alot through the forums lately but never came upon a particular discussion which discusses on how to handle Arsenal's talented Youngsters. For those who do not know, when you start a game on FM 07, arsenal has around 8 youngsters under the age of 20 with serious potential to become the next Thierry Henry, Zidane, or even Buffon. What I'm asking from you fm tacticians and geniuses, how can i train these youngsters in order to reach their full potential and become the next all time greats at their position. Should i loan them out, or set special trainings for each one of those players. Please suggest any ideas.
P.S: Some of these talents include Theo Walcott, Denilson, and Fabregas.

I recommend playing them in friendlies and all cup matches with some good training schedules. The experince helps greatly and Arsenals training grounds will take care of the rest. Fabregas should play in PRM games and hes good enough, and Walcott should be used to replace some tired players often. Everyone else can be used to replace injured players and playing in cup games.
Honestly though if you do absoluetly nothing and just let them grow, theyll still grow to be amazing.

The best way to get any club's talents to develop is to loan them out to a club that matches their current ability. E.g. Arsenal: Get Barnet as feeder club, loan them 4 of you youngsters - you might want to cheat here, and use an editor to look at their current potential, and then look at the current potential of the players at Barnet. Loan them youngsters that are on par or a little better than Barnet's best players. And so on; get feeder clubs, look at their players, loan them your players that are on par or a little better.
Done this playing Arsenal myself, I'm now in 2015 with a Champions League-winning team consisting of about 60% homegrown talent |

And by the way - Carlos Vela is going to be the best striker in the world, if you nurture him properly...

| You can do that, of course - but then at the expense of leaving some already very good player out of the team, so I tend to go with the loaning-out strategy. The training they get at their clubs while on loan is of very little concern, in my opinion. Loan them out to the right club, and they will come back better and stronger.

I have them as back-up for my first team generally. Walcott, Denilson et al usually get around ten appearances a season (starting) plus a Carling Cup run.
I imagine both approaches work.
