srry yea. this might be the wrong place to ask this. but how do i find ppl to tutor my kids?

uhh kids as in youngsters. might have put it in the wrong way. how do i set the older players to tutor the youngsters?

Select the young player you want to have a tutor

go into player interaction and then at the bottom there should be an option to select the tutor

then state 1 of 3 options just above that you feel that player can learn from said player.

I personally always choose the 3rd option, because it helps the youngster learn mentality and moves from his tutor. Also the biggest risk of the tutoring failing though, but worth taking it.

Usually if they don't see much point in it they tell you so and don't accept the offer, mostly they pick up lots.

if players seem to not get along and end up disliking each other because of different mentality or so, just offer a new contract and it is all fine again.
