Is it possible to make a unhappy player happy so that I can make hime sign a new contract, cos he's like my best player and he might leave?

You'll just have to keep playing him. As he plays more and you win more games he'll eventually become happy again. After every few good performances he puts in make sure you praise him appropriately. Nothing else you can do unfortunately.

I have this problem. all my southampton players seemed to hate each other, making everyone unhappy.

solution: sell the whining women!

yep... keep playing him and praising him when he's performing. offer new contract to him.

try something different, maybe it will work: hire his favoured personel. eg: if u have bojan krkic in ur team and he's unhappy, sign his dad, bojan the scout.
