ask your board for a feeder club and hope they like you and give you 3 types of feeder clubs to pick from.

when you sign non EU players loan them out to the club you take(different nations have different time scales for players getting passports,Belgium clubs take 3 seasons I think)

usually you don't have to keep them out on loan for three years, most times you can offer them a new contract at the end of the season and they will get a wp
