i'm arsenal in my second season and want to raid some teams of their youth players. can anybody name any teams that always seem to produce quality regens??

I played 6 seasons, but the teams producing them are always different.

Of course the big 4, then Everton, but every year there are gems to find in the lower leagues (even AFC Telford)

I played against a mate, and he was Arsenal. He bought up much of the Dutch and French U-21's and controlled the game for all 5 seasons we paid, selling off some players for huge ammounts each season. The strength in depth was frightening, his 'kids' beat Newcastle 7-2 in a League Cup game for gods sake!!!!
