We all know that there are are a great many players aged between 15-18 on the game with the potential to be world-class players. But of course most of these players need to develop. They need to be shipped out on loan and slowly blooded in your first team before they make it. Now, I am still not far enough in my game to be able to reap the rewards of buying the likes of Saivet, Wijnaldum and Ninis young but was thinking that in the real world - players CAN come through and play first team football on a regular basis at pretty big clubs between the ages of 16-18. Like Rooney did at Everton for example. I have patience and am willing to wait for my young players to blossom but I was wondering if anybody has a really young phenomenon who is almost ready to play in a first team at a decent level club while they are still between the ages of 16-18. Of course it's hard to get a player that that age whose stats are better than an older player. But i'm just curious.

If you increase the age by 1, I'm sure there should be a few young first-teamers around at 19. Somet that I can think of (with 19 as the bar):

Denilson - Arsenal (used to play him a lot at the start of the game)
Lulinha - Corinthians (can be a starter for a mid-table team)
Javi Martinez - Athletic
Breno - Sao Paulo
Micah Richards - Man City
Michael Johnson - Man City
Harvard Nordtveit - Arsenal (can start for a lower club atleast)
Nacer Barazite - Arsenal (same as above)
Armand Traore - Arsenal (can easily start for even a top club. Great player this kid)
Ever Banega - Boca (can easily start for most teams)

Thats just a few that come to mind. A few of them are 17 at the start too.

ive had jose baxter and the likes of victor moses and bostock playing 15 games a season at age 17-18.... all in the training of them

ive got james rodriguez (spelling) at qpr regular first teamer hes only 16, scored a fair few and gets quite alot of assists, im top of champ atm and hes one of my top performers. coaches say he could play in prem.
