Basically I want you to name your best lower league 11 (lower league being English league 1 or below or equivalent standard). Here are the rules:

1. Players must be available even on small database with the game fully patched to 8.0.1 standard
2. The player MUST be able to get a work permit!
3. No player can be bought for over 100k max.
