Foggia, a consistent CM fave since CM2, and probably the Italian Serie C leagues to boot. Sublime, your sense of irony is, er, well sublime!

Florentia Viola just after Fiorentina had gone bankrupt. Because of Fiorentina's reputation I got even Serie A and La Liga players, though backup players but anyway, on loan to Serie C1 and C2. Goals galore all the way to Serie B until the game jammed after a long playing session and I stopped playing the save.
But anyway, Florentia Viola is/was the place to be.

Try the Finnish first division. Almost every team is a challenge since you won't get almost any money down there. Not that you get any in the Finnish premier league either...
