Zijlstra, you don't need help. Everything is just fine, as it seems. KUTGW, and enjoy the pain in the lower leagues. When (IF!) you finally succeed, it will feel really rewarding.

Great, I feel like I need several sessions of psychiatric counselling and you claim I don't need help

Sure you don't! 'Coz it's only an early start, and you've already got what others seek for their whole life!

To the point. As i can judge since my coming here, LLM <> tips, tricks & game advices. You won't get them here, that's certain (well, i've never got one ). LLM isn't easy. It's tough. And you're... you're either up to it, or get burnt in falsy delights of GPG and the kind. Hope i've made it clear

Yeah very clear thanks for all your help, I am now an unemployed manager with a horrible reputation that can not find a new club. LLM is difficult...

To finish the story, I started playing again this morning and after another six matches lost I actually drew a match at home but I was solidly on the 22nd place. The fans started moaning (rightfully) and eventhough the injuryproblems ceased I couldn't manage to get my team out of the pit. The happiest player had poor morale.

I played another four matches, drew another one and than came the dreaded message.

Looks like I am going to have to improve my game if I want to get good at lowerleague management!

question (not a request for tips ) I read something about the criteria for LLM, the team preferably being from a feederleague. Here in NL we havent got feederleagues (very unfortunate!) so would manageing BV Veendam be LLM?

I don't know them off the top of my head but if they are in the lowest playable league in the Netherlands then yeah, they are a LLM-friendly club.

Zijlstra

Anyway, congratualtions! You've succesfully passed your LLaMa initiation! As for me, i wasn't ever sacked yet, which makes me a little bit unLLaMy...

And yes, what Stu said - if there's more than one division, then the lowest playable is LLM. Though maybe you could ask for a little bit more strong side, as your first steps into LLM horrors

Rodina-Bloke, just try managing in Turkey. There's no way to NOT get sacked.

No way for me going there!

All those '-spor' and '-ahce' seem quite the same for me , not to tell the same about their players. Here in England i can still differ my squad not only by their profiles
