I always find that if I care enough about the job to want to give an ultimatum, then I also don't want to risk getting sacked, so I never have used it.

there needs to be another option next to the Ultimatum reading:

Brake off leg, kick ones-self up the ar*e and out the door before they fire my sorry little ass.

I think you'll find that the plural of Ultimatum (like of Forum, Stadium, Podium, etc.) is Ultimata.

I also think you may have either misspelled "brian" or "brain"

There is a school of thought that contends it is inappropriate to follow Latin grammatical rules when such a word is used in English, but I say sod 'em. Ultimata it is :thup:
