Am trying to think of a interesting and insightful question, but so far haven't got anything much beyond 'do real-life lower league scouts actually spend all day in the pub with their fellow scouts making up imaginary reports about players they read about in Rothmans Football Yearbook, as mine appear to in the game'.

Seriously now. i should really like to know how teams like the one you're in manage to stay financially afloat throughout a season. That's a part where i always seem to fcuk up in CM, but maybe it's not realistically covered in the game. Enlighten me

Aha, Excellent, Welcome to LLM. We had an Icelandic champ who used to own/manage his own team.

If you don't mind me asking, does the Manager have much input regarding the upgrading of training facilities, improving the stadium etc or is this completly down to the board?

Also, in real life, is there some sort of wage budget and wage cap on certain ages? If you can't answer these questions for whatever reason then please don't feel pressured into it.

How many times does your club train each week?

Do you have problems with players being unavailable due to having commitments through thier other job?. ie: "Can't play this week boss. I have to drive the lorry to Cardiff?"

How do you obtain players?. Is it more through a word of mouth scenario, or do you have full time scouts on the books?

If you do have a scouting system implemented, how far afield do you scout? Is it just within your own region or UK or do you send people abroad. ie" To France or the Low Countries?
