I'd say that the problem with the game right now is that you can't instruct individual players what you would like them to do with the ball. For example, in real-life you can tell the winger to attack the full-back more but you can't do that in the game.

IRL you don't fine players for having a poor performance but you do fine them for being late for (or missing) training. You do fine players for collecting yellow cards or getting suspended. The game isn't that flexible when it comes to fines and warnings. The options we are given are very general so we should be more choice where reasons for warnings and fines are more specific.

Mighty wonderful thread I once read an article in the paper about a Dutch bloke becoming chairman of a National Conference team, I can't remember which team it was but I believe all he did was send a letter saying he had inherited 50.000 euros (or maybe even guilders) and what could they offer him for that money A seasons wages will get you a position as chairman sir!

When I get to blighty again I might visit your ground, I believe it is not far of the M25?

(I am Dutch and love visiting the British Stadiums, a love I got via my wife who is English)
