My reputation is Good, and all other stats have risen greatly, but no one has ever offered me another job

Now I know why, my loyalty is 20 and my nationality is Australian

Don't worry, I too feel your pain. I also use Australian nationality and have thus never been offered a job. However by applying I have got a few different jobs outside of Australia including the likes of Bury and Methry Tydfil (or however the hell you spell that), although that was on CM3.
