LLm is about playing a game that is a true to real life as possible. guidelines would suggest that unless you are managing in brazil or a country bordering it the your scouts wont be sent far enough to find a 18yo brazilian star.

This because in RL LL sides don't have the kind of finance to send scouts out who haven't got a bus pass or a camper van.

in awnser to your question though Italy has no player ristrictions.

And I definitely need a boonie hat if we were to have it at the beach. I can run home and get it.

One lighter moment concerned a Glasgow family, one of whom, a child of about 4 or 5, was concerned about his youn sister's problem with her bathing costume and the sand that had found its way therein.

He bawled to his Mother, "Heh, Maw!!! The wean's doss is fu' o' sand!!!"

In my early days I used to cavort on a beach with a girlfriend, I realised then that Jewish chaps had a slight advantage for that sort of thing. I spent weeks trying to remove all the sand from under my foreskin.
