I was once at a rugby match where our company was sponsoring the game and the referee of the colts game was a woman. We were talking to her after the match in the sponsors lounge and found out she was a secondary school teacher.

She told us that she had a standard speech at the start of each match where she told the players that they may call her Miss, Ma'am or even Sir, but nothing else. Anyone calling her "Bitch" would be sent off.
One strapping 17 year old at one game asked whether calling her "Sexy" would be acceptable to which she replied that it would be fine on a Friday or saturday night if he saw her then but during that game it would not be advisable.

Our opponents got pulled off by the coach at half time. We only got oranges. :p
