Default Training LL Teams

I have no idea whatsoever in what is important in training. I only tried once or twice to make a schedule for the outfield players another or goalies, and that was it. Most of my players usually have green arrows, so everybody is happy.

Aye...you probably know this already, but you're in the wrong Forum. Tactical & Training Tips is second turn on the left down the corridor.

I feel it is most important to employ a good assistant manager to worry about it for me.

I must admit to creating my own training schemes for different sections of the team, although obviously I will not go in to any detail. I switch the players around these schemes regularly and find that slow but steady improvemnt is achieved.

If you want to know how to train MY squad you could ask MY Ass man. but you would be better of asking yours. that is assuming you have one
