I'm not saying it won't be a challenge, but it certainly won't be LLM. Even though the guidelines say that LLM isn't JUST about choosing a team from the lowest playable league, that doesn't mean that a skint team is LLM.

What's the consensus here about big clubs in very bad financial position? Post #4
I think it comes down to the realism factor. Obviously that we could be managers at all requires some suspendion of disbelief, but is a no-name ever going to be handed the reigns at a first division club, financial problems or not?
Even the untested manager Leeds just appointed has coaching experience and has been promoted from within.
It's not LLM, IMHO.

looking at it another way, I would be a good challange to take a job offered by a big team in debt if you merited the offer.
I always avoid ll teams in that position, but it would be interesting to get a better rep club, and try to cull the over paid poof's and get in players new stars and old hand to turn a club round.
