I appreciate that recently this thread has very little to do with LLM.
I think Spain is an anomaly in the game. Castellon, altough in the lowest playable division were financially well off, which I have been informed is typical of Spanish Division 2B teams in the game.
Valencia have been an interesting challenge, in that every off-loaded player has been a calculated gamble against the impact, mostly degradation, on the first team. It felt better to reveal my financial mis-management than to unwittingly boast about the achievements on the pitch, which due to Valencia's stature, have felt quite hollow.
This update has bought home to me is that there is more reward, in playability and interest terms, from sticking with Lower League teams, than moving to bigger reputation teams.
