There's an option now to start the game unemployed. Personally, this is more realistic and I think I will definitely use this and take whatever job offers come my way.
I'm quite sure most of you would want to too. It's more in the LLM spirit I reckon.
Since there's no more need to 'choose' a club to start in, is it time to say goodbye to dear old Frank?
Very good point. Frank is still running on CM4, however I could give him the knowledge to pick us a league and to start unemployed.
I think It will be too much just for me to teach him every single team that will be in the game, but if I were to get any helpers, we could do that as well.
As long as I draw breath it will always be LLM to choose your own Lower League Team and ergo for Frank to do it for you.
Don't you poofs go trying to change LLM rules just because there's a possible new option on FM, there's airbags on cars but you don't have to crash just to use them.
Just like the "random players" option the "start unemployed" option will be ratified by the LLM Board, it won't be mandatory.
See it as SWYCT. Some people use it, some people don't. That's how I see starting as unemployed. Some people will and some people won't I won't look upn the two any differently.
Regarding Frank's update for FM2005, I reckon we could split the leagues and pass it to someone who did the compilation (if it can be done in some easy format) or posting the results somewhere else.
I'd help, given that I would have some leisure moments by the time the game hits the shelves.
Craig, what I'm saying is that if any LLaMas start abusing guys for not starting the game unemployed then they'd better look for a flying Scot coming down on them like a ton of haggis.
Starting unemployed should be looked upon in the same ilk as random players...it's an option that LLaMas have the choice to use...or not.
