Well, fourth season is over.

Good things:
- We've finished second (last 12 games - LLLLLLWWWWWW ), which means promotion and some prize money
- Our striker was the best scorer
- We've had best G.D. in the league

Bad things
- Our DC who was held as a good prospect decided not to prolong his contract and deserted to Derby (D2). He suck
- Our striker's having his contract expiring next year and he "doesn't believe the club have finances to meet his demands"

Suppose now i'll have nice time reading some books, as long as there's no WC or EC , just have to click 'continue' every 5 or 10 minutes.

July, 2007, closing to an end, and we have this:

Board expectations:
Do something good among our crap to stay in 2nd Division

Board promises:
Improve training facilities
Expand the stadium

Fans expectations:
Same as board

My expectations:
Gain some experience of high-fly football. Stay in division

Balance: +900K
Transfers: +425K
Wage budget: 10K/week (funny enough, guess other teams have ~50K/week at least)

Players on 'Ctr' due to their wild basic wage fantasy - 5

Rating of lines (best - 10):
Attack: 7 (no real substitutes)
Midfield: 5 (poor creativity)
Defense: 5 (too young, lack of experience)
Goalkeeping: 4 (main goalie ages 37, no real substitutes)

P.S. Maybe too long post, but these pre-seasons are quite boring with 121 division running :p

37 year old goalies are just reaching their peak. He'll be good for another 3 seasons yet.

Good day.

The season has just begun. It's now late November and, thus, some conclusions can be done.

First, league, we are surprisingly going 4th in the Division, and managed to be in first place for about a week some time.

Then, cups, which eventualy sucked ass for 33% . We are through to the 4th round of League Cup (Darlington D1 4:0H, Birmingham PRM 2:1A, Kettering D3 3:0H) to face Sheffield United PRM (away). Succesfully knocked out of Vans Trophy 1st Round (Colchester D2 1:0A, played U19 as usual). Went through to the 2nd round of FA Cup to face some Conference team (away).

The season in a whole turns out to be pretty succesfull even at this stage, having brought good amount of money already. Wage still totals 6K/week Though i guess such densite schedule will someday result in a loss of physical and psychical conditions, which would mean some slump. Hope, it won't be too serious.
