Common misconception, Pete. A Journeyman is a skilled craftsman, an Artisan.

Guys from Plymouth obviously think otherwise, though

No personally, I agree.

The poofland team contained at least two journeyman starting in the World Cup. The right back and the Chelski bloke in midfield, who both acquitted themselves very well.

Journeyman

1. A skilled worker who is employed by another.
2. A worker who is reliable but not outstanding.

Age, to a large degree, is irrelevant.

Artisan is taking it a bit far, you have to be French to be an artisan

I would be happy with a team full of journeyman, of any nationality, if they continue to move the club forward. A few artisans may be required to move into the Premiership though.

I would expect the lion's share of Plymouth's goals to be scored by the majority Scottish element, who are very welcome.
