It is 2019. I have been managing Bodø/Glimt in the norwegian premier division for the last four season with some success. I worked my way up the league system following the LLM ethics all the way (moving between division 2 clubs most of the time), and was lucky enough to take over a newly relegated Bodø/Glimt team that had been seriousley mismanaged (this sentence was included to (hopefully) avoid any "bragging" burnings). I have a great team, the training facilities are good and the economy is great due to some success in Europe. This all sounds great, right? Well... I feel a longing for the lower leagues, but at the same time I find it really hard to leave a team that could potentially win the Champions Cup. I guess my question is, when do you guys usually leave a "big" club?

Think this is one of those 'look into your heart and you will find the truth' moments. Personally, I go to a club, turn it around, get it running well and moving in the right direction, then find myself getting bored and wanting new challenges. Usually after about 4 - 5 seasons max.

Erm, what's with the topic? I know what the saying means, but I didn't get the connection to the post.
