Having just quit my current 03/04 save after 13 seasons I went to Frank to get me a new team.

And Frank never dissapoints. He gave me Nybergsund IL in the Norwegian "nd division group 2.

With 3,911,116 Kroner (300k) in the bank and the handsome sum of 394,362 Kr (30k) for new players the board expect me to achieve a safe mid table position, and the fans kindly expect the same.

with no coaches, teams in the league above trying to get my better players on frees, we are yet to see if we can survive the big chill, sent my scout to look for free players in norway and then will send him out to find some youth tallent, or old codgers, any thing cheap as I only have about 10K left in the wage budget.

come mid season we will know if prospects are looking good or whether we need to look to sweeden for a better option!

Well the positive vibes for the llm crowd regarding the playing of Scandanavian football had seen the team carried to the mid piont of the season.
with cash tight and reputation low I managed to pick up just two new players a young right back on a free as well as a 30yo Canadian international for 140Kr for 1st div side moss. both starting 95% of league games so far.

League
Nybergsund are sitting 5th in the league, 10 points off the 1 promotion place but doing what was expected of them.

Norwegian cup
Knocked out in the 3rd round by 1st div Stormgodset after a good moral boosting 4-1 away win over 1st div side Skeid. no money for the cup so they really do suck ar*e.

Lost just over 2 mill of mt 3 million Kroner, so cash is goingto be the biggest problem, and I am looking to off load some old stock.

lets just see what the second half of the season brings
