Season over, and the boys done good 2nd place 4 points off top. they were unlucky not to get top, with a tight defence and a better goal scoring record than our first season, we lost a few tomany by a goal, and lost a few due to late goals, needless to say training is now geared to sorting this out.

the young striker I got on loan last season signed and was voted fans player  of the year, for next season we have brought in some experience to help the youth 2 defenders and 2 midfielders.

Nybergsund need to go up next season or the debts will cripple us. with just 200,000Kr to play with there is no transfer money and a tight limit of wages.

job offers are still coming in a plenty from English 3rd div side buut as yet nothing that looks better than what I've got.

season 3 do or die, it's either promotion or bust for the Nybergsund boys

Jumped Ship 5 games into the season. nothing going right, lost 3 of the first 5 games and drew 2. some of the ex 1st div players brought in were not porforming and thins didn't look like gatting any better so when the Swedish second Division South Gotland came calling I went.

Now with IFK Trelleborg 1000 capacity stadium, good trianning facilities and only -€133,864. tookover in 9th just outside relegation and board and fans expect me to battle.

time will tell if the jump was right, i'll have to see where Nybergsund end up.

Wey, Trelleborg. Not far from where I live. Just a couple of miles (swedish, you know 1 mile equals 10 km). I would say that Trelleborg is a real challange. Have tried them, and failed heavily!

I see you do 'distances' differently in Sweden.

Seeing as your waiting for another post I wont dissapiont. I went to see Frank again and he's given me a holiday job while my other pc is fixed.

Frank has sent me to Coratia with NK Sloga, I'm expected to invest in new players and rebuild the squad.

And to undertake this task I've been given the princely sum of £0 and we have the equlivent of £4699 in the bank.

Now I'm not labeling all Croatians with this statement but my board are as thick as sh*te, the word invest tends to suggest some money! but all I've got is fresh air and time to invest.

well we'll see how long we go running on empty

Not such a cold front if you can keep out of the Balkans.

Good luck with the game

Sloga season one, spent the off season trying to sign some players got two frees, one an 38yo keeper/coach who I made ass man and a 31yo MR.

Not fully understanding the league systen in Croatia, I played all teams in the league twice and finnished 4th, and with only one promo spot settled down for another season.

Then noticed the old league split where top 6 play each other and bottom 6 play, finnished top last game of the season with the top team loosing.

but then had to playoff against the southern league winner. won 1-0 over two legs. promotion

got 1 mill tv money, cleared the mounting debt and signed 1 extra player for def, mid, and attack, also got a replacement for the now 39yo keeper (who with 17 for keeper caoching could be handy), we shall see if we keep out of the bottom 2 to avoid relegation and sure fire debt after going a bit over budget this coming season.
