I have a 2.5GHz with 512MB or RAM and it easily plays 15 Divisions (That's all the Home Countries and Ireland).

It's a bit slow at the start and during transfer windows but playable at other times.

This is a GQ question, btw

Get yourself another 512 DDR. It's memory that counts. Save with 121 div takes ~650-700 Mb at 4th season.
